Ayls Beach

George's at Alys Beach is a great choice for dinner and is just a 3-4 minute walk from the studio. They don't take reservations, so we recommend going there to put your name on the list. While you wait, they will call you when your table is ready and give you 10 minutes to arrive. Since the studio is so close, you can easily head back and relax until your table is ready. The area also has several wine bars and shops to check out nearby

O-Ku is an upscale and trendy sushi restaurant with fresh sushi and cocktails. They have a variety of choices with sushi or cooked
food.
The Citizen is Inspired by coastal cuisine around the world, The Citizen is a upscale, seaside tavern located within the town center of Alys Beach, which is situated along Florida’s scenic Highway 30A. Here, local and seasonal ingredients drive the inspiration for both the food and beverage program. Guests have a choice between an 18-seat bar, 12-seat raw bar, or 120-seat dining room.

Rosemary Beach
Pescado Seafood Grill & Rooftop Bar is a must-visit in Rosemary Beach! This rooftop restaurant and bar boasts some of the best sunset views in town—the scenery is beautiful. Makes you feel as if you are in Europe. The stunning view is just the beginning; they also serve up incredible cocktails and delectable dishes. They offer brunch on certain days, so be sure to call ahead and ask about their schedule. This is one of our favorite spots, and we're confident you'll love it too. It's about a 10-ish min walk or a 3 min drive from the condo.

Ambrosia 30A Prime Seafood & Steaks has good steaks and seafood. It's an upscale restaurant with seafood, steak and cocktails in a romantic setting. This restaurant is in Watersound, which is about a 7 min drive across freeway 98.
Bruno’s Pizza is about an 8 min drive. I usually call for delivery unless I want to go there to eat their all you can eat lunch with a salad bar and drink.

Breakfast & Brunch: The Donut Hole

Start your morning right with fresh donuts and a hearty brunch at this local staple. It’s a popular spot, so we recommend arriving early—their best selections and brunch items tend to sell out quickly!

  • Location: Just a short 5-minute drive away. Head to the end of 30A, hop onto Highway 98, and cross over to find it. It’s well worth the quick trip!

Shopping & Entertainment: 30Avenue

Located at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98, 30Avenue is a fantastic place to hang out with a casual, upscale vibe. It’s an open-air center perfect for strolling through boutiques or grabbing a bite.

  • Live Music: Catch a live band in the center of the plaza every day from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Explore: Visit www.thirtyavenue.com to view their full directory of boutiques and restaurants.

Late Night & Sports: Shades Bar & Grill

If you’re looking for a casual spot or a place to watch the game, Shades is the place to be. It’s one of the few spots in the area that stays open late, serving food until 1:00 AM.

  • The Vibe: Plenty of TVs and a great bar atmosphere.

  • Must-Try: They are famous for their Angus burger, but their salads and gumbo are also local favorites.

Note: They charge a 20% fee for take outs.

Idyll Hound Proper (30A Venue)

For a great weekend vibe, head over to Idyll Hound Proper. They host a fantastic brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, featuring a live band that really sets the mood.

Must-Try: Their Fish & Chips are a local favorite, and their craft drink menu is excellent.
